T-SHIRTS AND AWARDS:  Each participant will receive a t-shirt.  Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers as well as the top three male and female finishers in each age division.

CHIP TIMING: This year we will be using chip timing, which will allow us to post results from both races more quickly.

FASTER PASTOR CHALLENGE: All "Host" Churches are encouraged to put together a team of walkers/runners. The team with the most participants will be featured on a plaque and a $500 donation in your name will be made to IHN. All proceeds benefit Interfaith Hospitality Network.   If your church is participating as a "host" church for IHN, make sure you register and note your church name.  Download/Print FASTER PASTOR SIGNUP FORM

As all events do, we have some overhead and event costs that we need to defray so that we can donate the maximum amount of monies to our two charities.

Corporate sponsors of $1000 or more will have signage at the boutique sale as well as have the opportunity to place their product offer information in a specially designed reusable sale bag donated by the Byrd Cookie Company.

Individual donors may also support our event by making a donation of any amount by completing a donation card and returning it in the reply envelope.  Donation cards and reply envelopes are available on the table outside the Church office. If you have any donation or sponsorship questions at all, please contact Betty Stout t This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We also need volunteers.  Ticket collections, plant sale, food service, tubing, etc are only a few of the tasks that need to be filled by volunteers.  Please contact Mary Ellen Fox and let her know how you’d like to help at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Youth Mission Trip 2012

Youth Mission Trip to Atlanta.  July 2012

Half a dozen of St. Peter's Youth drove up with Father Rem to Atlanta to serve the disadvantaged living downtown.  The staging church was All Saints Episcopal Church.  Our team is there to work with a camp for underpriviledged children put on by the Emmaus house. We are in charge of crafts for the week.  While in Atlanta, we visited St. Philips Cathedral and the Martin Luther King, Jr. birthplace.
