THIS WEEK IN CHRISTIAN EDUCATION:
Sunday School classes will meet at 9:00 this week.
On Sunday, our 10:00 Fisher Folk groups will learn about Jesus’ post-resurrection appearances to his disciples in a series called, “Knowing Jesus in a New Way.” These are new Godly Play lessons, so this will be the first time children will hear these stories during Fisher Folk time!
Children in grades pre-k – 2 are invited to Classroom 2 for the lesson.
Fisher Folk for the Summer: Fisher Folk will continue to meet over the summer from 10:00 – 10:40 on Sundays. However, children will not be doing Godly Play lessons. Instead, they will take a tour of the Bible from Genesis through the Gospels! Summer Fisher Folk will meet in Classroom 3.These classes begin on Sunday, June 2; there will NOT be a Fisher Folk class on Memorial Day weekend, May 26.
At SPY this evening, our fellowship program for youth in grades 6 – 12, the J2A teachers will be present and the J2A group will decide on their pilgrimage location at this SPY! Come be a part of the process this Sunday at 6:00 pm.
